What is a breakdown??
A breakdown is any failure of the entry control to operate in a safe and controlled way.
E.g., The automatic door at your property is continually opening and closing by its self.
The automatic door is not closing all the way and not locking ETC.
The boom gate is staying open or not opening at all—things of that nature.
A maintenance contract with Progressive Controls will also include priority 24/7 breakdown assistance and discounted parts and labor. Extended warranty is also available on new product installs if a maintenance agreement is accepted at purchase.
You will receive a report upon the completion of each service with any recommendations on the repair needed.

We also ship Canberra-built Automatic Door Operators to other states across Australia regularly. Because we build the operators in-house (using components imported from Germany), we keep many sliding and swing door operators and parts in stock, ready to supply at short notice.
